- 1 bunch asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- .25 cup water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Trim the ends of your asparagus and chop into fourths.
- Toss asparagus, garlic, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add asparagus mixture and water to pan and cover. Steam until asparagus is just fork-tender.
- Toss with lime juice, remove to plates, and eat promptly.
